Tough Enough to Care
Tough Enough to Care (TETC) focuses on male dominated spaces, to promote positive conversations around mental health and to remove the toxic stigma, where even talking about feelings or emotions is seen as a sign of weakness. TETC
provides somewhere for those seeking help, support or just someone different to talk to.
Lisa works with TETC to provide psychotherapy and counselling for the most
vulnerable.

DH Clamp Consulting
This family-run network of committed international risk management professionals
provides the expertise, information and analysis to keep projects safe and effective.
The work of DH Clamp Consulting (DHC) includes security risk analysis; testing
physical security; capacity development and training; security risk management
audits and organisational development; and after-action reviews.
As part of the DHC professional network, Lisa provides expertise for the aid sector
across the different aspects of their work.
For organisations trying to develop their duty of care, the opportunities and challenges can be complex. Therefore, I partner
with a number of different organisations to offer a fully rounded service for improving the physical and mental wellbeing of staff.
As well as duty of care, security risk management and mental wellbeing, our passions include equity and inclusion, capacity development and a holistic approach to challenge the siloed approach common in the humanitarian and development sectors.
